Couple’s forest photography shoot

- Photographing a romantic forest walk on the Blackdown Hills Somerset -

This shoot had been on the cards for sometime but 2020 played havoc with our ambitions. Finally Bev, Sarah and I were able to meet for this romantic forest couple’s shoot.

The location was a Culm Davy forest on Somerset’s Blackdown Hills. This is a little gem of a location that is quiet, atmospheric and boasting calming tones of forest greens and browns.

After a short stroll from the car park, we set about shooting. This involved some relaxed, informal posing followed by photographing Bev and Sarah being themselves and enjoying some quiet time together.

In these sessions I’m always conscious of the need to give a little direction here and there but, equally, to step back and give loved-up couples time to themselves.

And here is a selection of the photos I took. If you’d like like something similar - maybe you’ve got engaged or just want to mark a moment in your lives together - then get in touch.
